OneShotly ("the Service") is operated by DIGITALYA (France). The Service generates custom Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition one-shot adventure modules delivered as digital PDF files.
Each purchase entitles you to one (1) digitally generated adventure module, customized to the party parameters you provide (party size, character level, adventure tier). The module is generated using artificial intelligence and delivered by email as a PDF file, typically within minutes of payment confirmation.
OneShotly is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC. "Dungeons & Dragons" and "D&D" are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast. Generated content is designed for compatibility with the D&D 5th Edition ruleset.
The price per module is displayed at checkout ($9.99 USD or €9.99 EUR depending on your region). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Your module is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 2 minutes. If you have not received it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us at modules@oneshotly.app — we will regenerate or resend it free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with your module, contact us at modules@oneshotly.app within 7 days of purchase. We will either regenerate your module or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.
As the product is digital and generated on demand, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the digital content has been delivered (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), without prejudice to our voluntary 7-day guarantee above.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated module for private tabletop play, including with your gaming group. You may print and share the PDF with your players. You may not resell, redistribute publicly, or commercially exploit the generated content.
Modules are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and balance, we do not guarantee that every statistic, challenge rating, or rules reference is error-free. The Dungeon Master remains free to adjust content at the table.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITALYA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
